Refund Policy
Items may be returned for a full refund [or exchange] within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the following requirements are met:
- All original packaging, including all tags or boxes, must be included with the return.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
[The following exceptions to the above policy apply:
- Final sale promotions and limited edition items are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another order.
- All personalized items are final sale and may not be returned or replaced.]
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.

If we do not receive the items, we are unable to process a refund or exchange unless you are able to provide us with proof of shipment and receipt through the label’s tracking numbers.
Solana is not liable or responsible for any non-Solana items that are accidentally sent to us through the return or exchange process.
